LaToya Hamm Wilson., LSW, PMH-C
LaToya Hamm Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, devoted wife, and multifaceted mom with over 20 years of personal and professional experience supporting women and children.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally affirming approach, LaToya integrates both her clinical expertise and lived experiences to help ambitious mothers navigate mental health challenges, regulate their emotions, and reconnect with the version of themselves that often gets lost in motherhood.
She believes that when mothers are emotionally well and aligned with their true selves, they parent with greater intention, joy, and resilience — ultimately breaking cycles and creating healthier legacies for generations to come.
If you’re a visionary, changemaker or legacy creator ready to prioritize your well-being and explore what thriving in motherhood can look like for you, book a session today and take the first step toward wellness.
