LaToya Hamm Wilson is a Licensed Therapist, wife, and mother of six with over a decade of experience. As a multifaceted mom, she is passionate about helping ambitious women overcome overwhelm and build a life where they can thrive without sacrificing their dreams or family.
Her journey began with individual therapy services and has since expanded to offer comprehensive support, workshops, and retreats designed to address the unique challenges busy mothers face. LaToya takes pride in creating a safe space where clients can explore their authentic selves, unlearn limiting beliefs, discover new insights, and release what no longer serves them.

We currently accept commercial insurance, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, Highmark, and self-pay.
Confidentiality in therapy is crucial and is protected by laws and ethical standards. This means that everything you discuss with me is private and cannot be shared with others without your permission. However, as a mandated reporter, there are some exceptions to this rule, such as if I believe you are a danger to yourself or others, or if I suspect child abuse.

Therapy sessions range from 45 to 53 minutes.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to scheduled sessions will need to reschedule, and will also be assessed a $50 fee. Additionally, late cancellations, less than 24 hours in advance, will also incur a $50 fee.
