Therapist AND Consultant

LaToya Hamm Wilson. LCSW, PMH-C

LaToya Hamm Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Therapist, Consultant, and mother who specializes in supporting ambitious women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.

Drawing from clinical expertise and lived experience, LaToya creates a supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, process past experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their connection with themselves and others.

LaToya utilizes a collaborative, strengths-based approach and recognizes that each client’s experiences, goals, and needs are unique. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, she tailors treatment using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support meaningful healing and lasting change.

Culturally Adapted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To recognize and reframe intrusive thoughts, anxiety patterns, and negative beliefs that may impact your emotional well-being and confidence.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT): To explore complex shifts in social support, family roles, and relationship dynamics that may continue to affect your emotional well-being.

Family Systems Theory: To examines generational patterns, extended family networks, and intergenerational trauma passed down through families.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To assist you in accepting difficult emotions and aligning daily actions with personal values rather than sacrificing well-being for relentless self-sacrifice.

Please note: Counseling services are available to Pennsylvania residents only. Consulting services are available to mothers worldwide.
