LaToya Hamm Wilson., LSW, PMH-C
LaToya Hamm Wilson is a Licensed Social Worker, devoted wife, and multifaceted mom with over 20 years of personal and professional experience supporting families. As a therapist and maternal mental health consultant, she is passionate about helping marginalized women reconnect with themselves, regulate their emotions, and build sustainable self-care practices that honor both the mother and the woman within.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, LaToya integrates her lived experience with evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes healing begins when women are given full permission to take up space—and through her work, she creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive in every season of life.
Whether she’s supervising clinicians, designing maternal mental health programs, or holding space in therapy sessions, LaToya leads with cultural humility, clinical excellence, and deep intentionality in every layer of care.
Please note: LaToya is not currently accepting new therapy clients.

That’s why we offer virtual counseling—so you can care for your mental health without adding one more thing to your plate. No commute, no pressure. Just real support, wherever you are.
