LaToya Hamm Wilson., LSW, PMH-C
LaToya Hamm Wilson is a Licensed Social Worker, wife, and multifaceted mom with over 20 years of personal and professional experience. As a Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Consultant, she’s passionate about helping high-achieving mothers reconnect with themselves, regulate their emotions, and build sustainable practices that honor both their healing and their hustle.
With a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, LaToya blends her lived experience with evidence-based practices, including Somatic work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes that motherhood is not one size fits all but a deeply personal journey that should not be dictated by unrealistic expectations, societal pressure, or outdated norms.
LaToya’s work centers the mental health of marginalized mothers—providing a safe, affirming space for them to be seen, supported, and equipped with tools that foster healing and long-term wellness. Whether she’s supervising clinicians, designing maternal mental health programming, or holding space in therapy sessions, LaToya brings intention, cultural humility, and clinical excellence to every layer of care.
