We’re holding space for Black mothers to pause, vent, reflect, and refill—together. No pressure. No perfection. Just real talk, soft care, and community.
What to Expect:
- Gentle check-in prompts to name how you’re really feeling
- Space to vent, cry, or just listen—no fixing, no judgment
- Support from women who truly get it
- A reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone
What NOT to Expect:
- Performative positivity
- Pressure to show up polished or have it all together
- Judgment for how you're feeling, healing, or navigating motherhood
- A space that centers anything other than the experiences of Black mothers
⚠️ Please Note:
This is a free virtual session intentionally created for Black mothers. We ask that this boundary be respected to protect the safety, shared experience, and cultural understanding this space is built on.
Also, while this space is led by a licensed therapist, it is not a therapy session and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Participating in this virtual meetup does not establish a therapeutic relationship or constitute clinical care.
If you’re in need of mental health support, we encourage you to visit the Motherhood Redefined Therapist Directory to connect with a licensed provider in your area.
