Every Wednesday, we create space for Black mothers to pause, breathe, and be real. It’s a midweek reset—a chance to vent, reflect, and refill your cup alongside women who get it. No pressure. No perfection. Just real talk, soft care, and genuine connection.
What to Expect:
- Gentle check-in prompts to name how you’re really feeling
- Space to vent, cry, or just listen—no fixing, no judgment
- Support from women who truly get it
- A reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone
What NOT to Expect:
- Performative positivity
- Pressure to show up polished or have it all together
- Judgment for how you're feeling, healing, or navigating motherhood.
- A space that centers anything other than the experiences of Black mothers
⚠️ Please Note:
This is a free virtual meet up intentionally created for Black mothers. We kindly ask that this boundary be respected to protect the safety, shared experience, and cultural understanding this space is built on.
